The project will fit in with the redevelopment of the international corridor by providing retail opportunities as well as infill housing. The housing component will provide 37 condominium units in 7 levels above the ground floor commercial space. each residential level will have an average of 5,400 sf of habitable area, and the units will range from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom.the housing units will be supported by 56 spaces located in a 2-level underground parking garage.
